Our team of highly skilled fitness experts have over 20 years of experience in personal training, sport-specific dry land training, and background in rehabilitation and corrective movements. 

For the Advanced Athlete

APRC has developed a training and development program for higher level athletes called ATHLETIC FOUNDATIONS. The approach is to build a young athlete by giving them the tools to prevent injury while improving the fundamentals: strength, mobility, and endurance.
