This course is designed to help you feel safe and protected at all times, regardless of the situation. You will learn strikes and maneuvers that with assist you in breaking hold and creating space. The instructor will advise you on various techniques that will prevent you from being placed in a uncomfortable situation. This program will be starting mid January 2020.
